About Health Organizer

Health Organizer keeps track of medications, appointments, doctors and health records in one place — for yourself, and for the children or family members you look after. It organizes what you record; it does not give medical advice.

The home page shows what is due today — doses to take and appointments to get to — and any refills coming up soon.

Everything else in one place

Medications, Appointments and Tasks hold what you need to do. Records holds allergies, conditions, immunizations and results, and Providers your doctors and pharmacies. Exercise and Nutrition are simple logs, and the Timeline is a running record of all of it. The Assistant answers questions about what you have already recorded.

Family

Add a profile for a child you look after and switch between profiles from the top of the page. Each profile can also have an Emergency Card: the key details a first responder or caregiver might need.

One account, your own data

Everyone signs in as themselves, with their own Stallion account — the same account as every other Stallion app. You see your own health information and the profiles you manage, and no one else's. An account that is given access to Health Organizer starts with an empty profile of its own; it never sees yours.

Sharing is something you choose, one person at a time. From Family you can share a profile with another adult by entering the email of their own Stallion account, and you can remove them again. An Emergency Card share link is off until you turn it on, shows only the card's details, and stops working when you turn it off or make a new one.

Put it on your home screen

Health Organizer works as an app: no store download, and it opens full-screen like anything else on your phone. Set it up once:

iPhone / iPad (Safari)

  1. Open this site in Safari (not Chrome).
  2. Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow, bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add. The Health icon appears on your home screen.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open this site in Chrome.
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu, top right.
  3. Tap Add to Home screen (on some phones, Install app).
  4. Tap Add or Install.

Each Stallion app can be added the same way, from its own site, and each has its own icon so they sit side by side.
